ColourSpectrums is a personality styles and human dynamics model presented to groups in an entertaining, interactive workshop format.

What Is ColourSpectrums?
ColourSpectrums is a personality styles and human dynamics model presented to groups in an entertaining and interactive workshop format.  Carl Jung’s primary psychological colours are used and a metaphor to represent the four classic areas of personality development:

Blue

 

Emotional development

Red

 

Physical development

Green

 

Intellectual development

Yellow

 

Organizational development

Workshops Offered

1. Introduction to ColourSpectrums (approximately 3 hours)

Participants sort the four colourfully illustrated Attribute Cards to reveal their ColourSpectrums.  Every colour spectrum is a particular blend of colours that is unique t each individual.  Participants interact in a guided process of group discussions and activities that celebrate diverse personality strengths and challenges.  This dynamic presentation provides insights (ah-ha! Learning) and humour (ha-ha! Learning) while creating the magical language of ColourSpectrums that naturally enhances self-esteem, team-esteem and communication.  ColourSpectrums is based on the works and research of Carl Jung, Myers-Briggs and others and is presented by a certified facilitator.  This rapid, exciting and long-lasting learning experience is conducted in a positive atmosphere of respect, fun and entertainment.

In this session you will:

  • Discover the natural strengths of their personality attributes.
  • Learn about the natural strengths in other people
 

2. Brighten Pale Colours (approximately 3 hours)

In this session you will:

  • Learn how natural ColourSpectrums influence perceptions.
  • Appreciate the benefits of brightening your pale colours.
  • Learn about the behavioural characteristics of each style.
  • Practice your palest colour.
  • Use the ColourSpectrums skills system to brighten your pale colour.

 

3. Stress Management and Conflict Resolution (approximately 6 hours)

In this session you will:

  • Identify bright colour esteem needs, stressors and shadow characteristics
  • Identify pale colour challenges, stressors and shadow characteristics.
  • Explain the fight/flight dynamics relating to colourspectrums
  • Implement solutions for stress management and conflict resolution.
