Brian has his Level One and Level Two Certification with the Canadian Outcomes Research Institute (CORI) on the HOMES Database system. He has been working with the HOMES database for 8 years, practically since its inception and is thoroughly versed in the CORI Outcome Measurement System and the United Way method of developing logic models and outcome measurement systems.
