You will need to:
- Find and book facility that meets training needs
- Provide PowerPoint technology (as possible)
- Provide flipcharts and markers
- Provide drinks, snacks and catering if desired
Payment Schedule
One half (50%) of estimated cost is due at time of signing an agreement. The remaining cost is invoiced by email immediately following the session and payment is expected upon receipt.
Postponement-Cancellation Policy:
Once an agreement is signed the following payment policy takes effect:
- One half of the total estimated expense is due. An invoice is forwarded by email or fax and payment expected upon receipt. Interest is charged 30 days from invoice date at 1.5% per month or 19.56% per annum.
- Should a course need to be postponed or cancelled:
- All expenses incurred by NCG resulting from the booking are due immediately (e.g. travel costs – booked flights)
- A credit is maintained for the amount remaining for a future course held within the year of postponement or cancellation. After one year the fee is forfeited.
- Every effort will be made by NCG to accommodate future booking requests.
- A $55.00 fee will be charged on all NSF cheques.
Note: Should the facilitator need to cancel due to illness, bad weather or unforeseeable events, notice will be given as soon as possible and the training rescheduled.

Grievance Policy & Procedure
Naslund Consulting Group welcomes feedback of any kind. Complaints or concerns (e.g. refund requests, complaints about course content and/or facilities, non-receipt of certificates, etc.) raised by potential, current or past clients or course participants are treated with the utmost care and attention. All concerns are handled by the Principal Consultant, Karin Naslund. The Social Worker Consultant will be involved when concerns involve a Registered Social Worker.
Procedure:
- A discussion will be held with the person/people identifying the concern followed by further investigation and/or discussion if necessary.
- The outcome or decision will be provided to the concerned party in writing through email, fax or mail.
- All concerns/grievances will be documented and maintained on file.
- Documentation will include:
- Date of incident and/or concern raised
- Person(s) involved
- Summary of concern
- Action Taken
- Follow-up required, if any.
