Registered Course Policy
- Participants may register online or by phone.
- The registration fee is due at the time of registration.
- Once payment is received the participant is considered registered.
Course Registration Procedure
- Participants may register online or by phone.
- Participant information is gathered and cost identified.
- An invoice is sent from NCG.
- Payment can be made by credit card or cheque.
- A letter is sent from NCG by email providing course enrollment information to the person identified as the contact for the organization.

Registered Training
- Organizations:
- Participants are considered registered when payment is received in full.
- Should an invoice be required prior to payment, interest is charged (see ii. below)
- Interest is charged 30 days from invoice date at 1.5% per month or 19.56% per annum.
- All registration fees are due and payable at least seven days prior to the course.
- The registration fee is non-refundable, however;
- Substitutions may be made for the current course up to the course date, or
- A credit toward a future course held within the year of cancellation with a minimum of seven business days written notice by email or fax.
- The fee is forfeited after one year.
- No shows and less than seven days notice are non-refundable and non-creditable.
- Individuals:
- Participants are considered registered when payment is received in full.
- Should an invoice be required prior to payment, interest is charged (see ii. below)
- Interest is charged 30 days from invoice date at 1.5% per month or 19.56% per annum.

- Course cancellation:
- With at least 30 days written notice prior to the course received by email or fax, participants may receive a full refund or a credit for a future course held within the year of cancellation. After one year the fee is forfeited.
- Less than 30 days notice, a credit for a future course held within the year of cancellation. After one year the fee is forfeited.
Note: Individual circumstances are taken into consideration – See NCG Grievance Policy
Should NCG need to cancel a course, notice will be given as soon as possible and participants will receive full reimbursement of the course cost or have it held for a future course. However, NCG will not be held responsible for costs incurred related to flights, accommodations and/or travel.
GRIEVANCE POLICY & PROCEDURE
Naslund Consulting Group welcomes feedback of any kind. Complaints or concerns (e.g. refund requests, complaints about course content and/or facilities, non-receipt of certificates, etc.) raised by potential, current or past clients or course participants are treated with the utmost care and attention. All concerns are handled by the Principal Consultant, Karin Naslund.
Procedure:
- A discussion is held with the person/people identifying the concern followed by further investigation if necessary.
- The outcome or decision is provided to the concerned party in writing through email, fax or mail.
- All concerns/grievances are documented and maintained on file.
- Documentation includes:
- Date of incident and/or concern raised
- Person(s) involved
- Summary of concern
- Action Taken
- Follow-up required, if any.
