Learning Objectives           

  • To define conflict.
  • To name the five traditional strategies for resolving conflict.

  • To identify the four stages of mediating conflict using the interest-based approach.

Course Target Audience
Great Supervision Level 3 is intended for existing and up and coming supervisors from the human service field.

Course Level – Beginner
No pre-requisite required

Course Credit – 12 Credits (under consideration by ACE)
Specialized Certificates for Credit (e.g. RSW Credits) are mailed out following training.
