TRAINING VISION
People working with people using skills confidently and competently.

TRAINING MISSION
Providing adults with learning that is practical and beneficial both personally and professionally.

TRAINING GOALS:

  1. To stay abreast of current needs in personal and professional development for people working in human services.
  2. To research and develop course curriculum that is relevant to the target group.
  3. To be responsive to individual and organizational needs regarding training.
  4. To provide training (i.e. supervision series, managing people in groups, etc.) as registered sessions across Alberta.
  5. To provide in-house training to organizations upon request.
  6. To ensure ongoing skill development of consultants through self-development, training and educational courses.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

Supervisory Training Courses are for existing and up and coming supervisors.

Special interest Courses are for any individual who wants to further develop skills in topic areas.
